The brief
Polygon Labs chose PROOF as its APAC offline event agency to deliver its single biggest event of 2024 — the first Polygon Aggregation Summit, in Bangkok — from the planning stage through on-site operations.
What we did
Across two days, PROOF ran 50+ concurrent programs: seminars, panels, pitch sessions and partner booths, alongside a DJ party, chess tournament, running club, yoga and massage. Tight planning and execution kept many simultaneous tracks and a complex floor running smoothly, faithfully reflecting the client's vision.
